We offer free standard shipping on all orders to destinations supported at checkout, with no minimum purchase requirement.

Shipping availability depends on the destination and the delivery options available at checkout.

2. Order Processing

Standard orders are generally prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Custom or personalized orders may require additional processing time, which will be communicated before purchase.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated standard shipping transit time is 5–10 business days after dispatch.

Including processing, the typical estimated timeframe is approximately 6–13 business days, excluding unexpected delays.

Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. Customs processing, holidays, and carrier disruptions may affect delivery.

4. Shipping Origin

Our products are made and dispatched from Morocco.

Our United States business address is not our production or shipping warehouse.

5. Customs Duties

MARZAVEL covers applicable import customs duties for orders shipped to supported destinations worldwide, including the United States and supported European countries.

If a carrier unexpectedly requests customs-duty payment, contact support@marzavel.com with the relevant documentation.

6. Import Taxes

Our customs-duty commitment does not necessarily include import VAT, GST, local sales taxes, or other applicable government taxes.

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund, in accordance with applicable law.

Return shipping required for these cases is covered by MARZAVEL.

7. Refund Processing
