Products and descriptions
We seek to describe material, craftsmanship, size, colour, hardware and product availability as accurately as possible. Natural material variation, lighting and display differences may affect appearance. Product-specific details on the listing form part of the purchase information. We do not promise a particular leather grade, tanning method, safety certification, or hardware brand unless expressly verified in that product description.
Prices, taxes and payment
The product price and any applicable shipping charges or taxes will be shown before order confirmation. Prices may change before an order is accepted, but changes will not alter the amount of a completed order without your authorization. Payments are processed through the payment methods presented by the secure Shopify checkout. We do not request payment to personal accounts outside the checkout.
Orders and availability
Submitting an order does not guarantee fulfilment if the item is unavailable, the transaction is declined, delivery is not possible or fraud-prevention checks identify an issue. If we cannot fulfil an accepted paid order, we will contact you and offer an appropriate refund or resolution.
