30-day voluntary return window
For eligible orders, you may request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery, including if you change your mind. Contact us via our Contact page and provide your order number and the reason for return so we can send the correct instructions and return address.
Item condition
Except where consumer law provides otherwise, returned items must be unused, in their original condition, with all accessories and original packaging. We may request photographs to arrange the return. Please protect the goods from damage in transit.
Who pays return shipping?
For returns that we approve as eligible under this policy, MARZAVEL arranges return shipping at our expense through the return procedure we provide. Restocking fee: $0. Please do not buy your own return postage unless our team expressly instructs you to do so; we cannot guarantee reimbursement for unauthorized postage.
Damaged, defective or incorrect goods
Notify us promptly after delivery if your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, preferably with photographs. We will assess the situation and offer an appropriate replacement, repair or refund as required by applicable law. These rights are additional to any statutory consumer protections.
Refund method and processing
Once the returned goods are received and inspected (or the claim is otherwise accepted), eligible refunds are issued to the original method of payment. Our aim is to process an approved refund promptly and within 7 business days of acceptance; payment providers and banks may need additional time to display the credit. Where applicable law requires an earlier refund or different procedure, that law prevails.
Non-returnable exceptions
Personalized or specially customized items may be excluded from voluntary change-of-mind returns where this is lawful and the exception was clearly disclosed before purchase. This does not restrict remedies for faulty or misdescribed goods or mandatory consumer withdrawal rights.

Returns are handled through an authorized return location supplied for your order after contacting us. The Wyoming correspondence address is not a default returns address.
