Leather goods offered through MARZAVEL are prepared for dispatch from Morocco. Our company's Wyoming registered correspondence address is not our dispatch warehouse.
Order processing and delivery
For regular in-stock US orders, our current planning estimate is 1–3 business days for order preparation after payment is confirmed and 5–10 business days for carrier transit after dispatch, or approximately 6–13 business days total. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery commitments. Customized or made-to-order pieces, if offered, may have a longer preparation time disclosed before purchase. Weekends, public holidays, customs processing, and carrier delays can affect arrival.
For destinations outside the US, available shipping services, charges and delivery estimates depend on the destination and the item. Any specific regional delivery estimate must be confirmed and disclosed on the product page or at checkout before it can be advertised as a delivery promise.
Shipping costs and availability
The shipping fee shown in your checkout before payment is the applicable fee for your order and destination. No universal free-shipping promise applies unless an active shipping rate or promotion expressly makes it free. Not every item or destination may be eligible for delivery. Shipping options and serviceability are confirmed at checkout.
Taxes, duties and import fees
Product prices are displayed in the applicable store currency. Any taxes charged by our store are shown at checkout before you confirm payment. Orders shipping internationally may also incur customs duties, import VAT or handling charges imposed by the destination country. Unless your checkout or a written order confirmation explicitly states that these charges are prepaid by MARZAVEL, such charges may be payable by the recipient. We do not represent that all international duties are included in the product price.
Tracking, address changes and delivery issues
When available, we provide tracking after your order has been dispatched. Ensure your delivery details are accurate before checkout. For a missing, damaged or delayed parcel, contact our customer service through the Contact page and include your order number. We will help investigate with the carrier and work towards an appropriate resolution consistent with applicable consumer rights.
